Signing in

This article shows you how to log into your dashboard, and what to do if you forget your password.

One thing to know first: you cannot sign yourself up. Your operator contact creates your account and sends you your login details. If you do not have them yet, ask your operator contact.

How to sign in

1. Open the dashboard’s web address in your browser. Your operator contact gave you this address — save it as a bookmark so you can find it again.
2. Type your email address.
3. Type your password.
4. Press the sign-in button.

How to know it worked: you see your dashboard, not the sign-in screen anymore.

Forgot your password?

It happens to everyone. Use the forgot-password option on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions it gives you. If you get stuck, or you do not see the option, ask your operator contact — they can help you get back in.

Keep your account safe

• Do not share your password with coworkers. Each person should have their own account — your operator contact can create more.
• If you think someone else knows your password, change it, and tell your operator contact.

Tip: if the page will not load at all, check your internet connection first, then try again. If it still will not load, tell your operator contact.
