Your rooms and prices
This article shows you the Inventory screen — where your rooms live, and where you change prices and stay rules for any dates.
Two words you will see:
- A room type is a kind of room you sell, like “Deluxe Double” or “Garden Villa.” Each room type has one or more bookable units — the actual rooms guests can stay in.
- A rate plan is a price offer for a room type, like a standard rate. Prices belong to rate plans.
Change a price
Section titled “Change a price”- Open the Inventory screen.
- Find the room type and rate plan you want to change.
- Choose the date range — the first and last date the new price applies to. For example: 20 December to 5 January for a high-season price.
- Enter the new price and save.

Important: changes go live for guests immediately. There is no “publish” step. Double-check the dates and the amount before you save.
Restrictions — the stay rules
Section titled “Restrictions — the stay rules”A restriction is a rule about when and how guests can book. You set them for a date range, the same way as prices. There are five:
| Restriction | Plain meaning |
|---|---|
| Minimum stay | Guests must stay at least this many nights. |
| Maximum stay | Guests cannot stay more than this many nights. |
| No check-in on this day (sometimes written CTA) | Guests cannot start their stay on this date. They can still stay through it. |
| No check-out on this day (sometimes written CTD) | Guests cannot end their stay on this date. |
| Stop sell | Blocks the date completely. Nobody can book it. Use this for maintenance, private use, or when you are full. |

How to know it worked: the new price or rule shows on the screen for those dates. If you have the widget on your website, it updates there too — right away.
Tip: if you cannot find a room type you expect to see, do not create anything by guessing — ask your operator contact.
