Welcome — your booking dashboard

This guide is for the people who run a hotel, villa, or apartment day to day: the receptionist, the manager, the owner. You do not need to be technical. If you can use a website and copy-paste, you can do everything in this guide.

Your dashboard is the website where you manage your rooms, prices, and bookings. Your operator contact — the company that set this up for you — gave you the web address and your account. Everything you change in the dashboard goes live for your guests right away.

  • See who is arriving and leaving today
  • Change your prices for any dates
  • Check guests in and out
  • Enter a walk-in or phone booking yourself
  • Fix a double-booking from an outside site like Airbnb
  • Put a live availability box on your own website

Read them in any order. Each one is short.

  1. Signing in — how to log in, and what to do if you forget your password.
  2. Your rooms and prices — the Inventory screen: prices, minimum stays, and blocking dates.
  3. The Calendar and Today screens — see your availability at a glance.
  4. Managing bookings — find a booking, check guests in and out, cancel, or mark a no-show.
  5. Creating a booking yourself — enter a walk-in or phone booking by hand.
  6. Channel conflicts — what to do when the same room gets booked twice.
  7. Add the booking widget to your website — show live availability on your own site with one copy-paste.

If something in the dashboard does not look the way this guide describes, do not guess. Ask your operator contact. They can see your account and help quickly.
