How your account gets set up
There is no sign-up page for this product. You don’t create your own account, and you don’t set your own password on day one — we set your account up for you, by hand.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”- You tell us you want to start (through your usual contact with us — email, WhatsApp, a call).
- We create your account on our system: your business name, your country, your currency, and your time zone.
- We send you a one-time link to set your own password. This link works once and expires after 24 hours — if it expires before you use it, ask us for a new one, it’s a normal request.
- We give you your API keys (see Getting your API keys) if your website or booking widget needs them.
Why it works this way
Section titled “Why it works this way”Setting your account up by hand, instead of a public sign-up form, means a real person checks your details before anything goes live, and there’s no public page for someone else to try to sign up on your behalf. It also means this process isn’t instant — expect it to take a working day or two, not seconds.
What you’ll need to give us
Section titled “What you’ll need to give us”- Your business name, country, and the currency you charge guests in.
- The time zone your property operates in (this controls what “today” means on your calendar and rates).
- An email address for your first staff login.
If something looks wrong
Section titled “If something looks wrong”If your currency, time zone, or business details are wrong after we set you up, tell us — these are set once at creation and changing them isn’t something you can do yourself yet.
